Senior Thesis - The Art of Communication
The art of communication was the core of what was researched for my thesis. The execution was the creation of letterforms, the most basic element of communicating, using every day objects. Stephan Sagmeister said "Art and Design is all around us. It is just waiting to be discovered." My thesis was inspired by every day objects that surround me. Below is a sample letterform from my thesis — an interpretation of a Daily Drop Cap letterform "K" that was originally designed by Jessica Hische.
